Lord Worm is a subject of worship, power and leadership of the small people who are content living as they are told. They breathe the perfumes and enjoy the parades, tripping out on the visual hallucinations they perceive while viewing the buildings in the city. The buildings in the fictitious Bin Kai City are, in fact, four dimensional, as rooms tend to shift and move into different configurations. This is truly a vision from the architects of the future.
